Qualification requirements
Open Access Checking with at least $50 by December 31, 2026 and provide proof of student acceptance or enrollment. Within 90 days, receive at least $200 in total deposits from any source and complete at least 10 debit-card transactions, excluding ATMs, returns, and refunds. Branch or phone applicants must provide proof at opening. Online applicants must email proof and their account number to collegecash@bokf.com within 90 days.
Fees and costs
Access Checking has no monthly service fee; paper statements cost $3 monthly. Its general fee summary lists possible $36 overdraft-item and stop-payment charges and other incidental service fees. Choosing online statements avoids the paper fee.
