Qualification requirements
Open a new Premium Savings Account during the June 5, 2026 to September 30, 2026 enrollment period and use promo code SAVING26 for the cash bonus. On September 30, the cash-bonus account-opening cutoff is 11:59 p.m. ET and promotional-APY enrollment closes at 8:45 p.m. ET, so 8:45 p.m. ET is the controlling cutoff for customers seeking both benefits. The $400 bonus requires at least $20,000 in qualifying net-new funds within 30 days after opening and an average daily balance meeting the minimum during the 45-day maintenance period that begins on day 31. E*TRADE says the bonus is paid within 30 days after the maintenance period, or about 105 days after account opening.
